About Your Flagship Matchmaker

I was inspired to become a matchmaker by the Marine Corps, my family, and friends' marriages over the years. In 2010, I resolved that what people want most, above all else, is love, and family. So, I dedicated myself to making hundreds of happy and healthy marriages. This expanded my mind to understand love and relationships on new levels. They both require constant care and feeding in order to thrive. I learned the craft of matchmaking initially from the lessons shared by Patti Stanger, Lisa Clampitt, and Rachel Greenwald.

The care and feeding of them can be learned by adults when they take it seriously. So, my process leads clients through phases that personally builds them up first. Then, we load them up with skills that earn a second date. Finally, we teach relationship skills that keep a healthy marriage thriving for years to come.

Our personal development mission, titled YOU+, prepares clients to make their best impression, plus take charge of their relationship for the rest of their lives. We developed the program in response to clients who ran into challenges midway through their contract. It is the program they wished they had under their belt from childhood.

Flagship Matchmaking is the name of a dream that was turned into reality. It is operated as an independent VIP matchmaker within a professional network of dozens of colleagues all around the world.

The matchmaker, Ted Moore, graduated from the University of Rhode Island College of Business Administration in 1997 with a B.S. in Marketing. In response to September 11th, he enlisted in the Marine Corps from 2001 to 2005.

He had opened an earlier matchmaking service back in 2010, during the Great Recession. While courageous, it was the wrong environment to launch a one-man show. It closed a few years later. However, the dream of making hundreds of happy couples stayed with him.

A new matchmaking agency was opened again in 2017. It has been a dream-come-true ever since. Flagship Matchmaking's brand emphasizes honor, courage, and commitment. Clients are asked, going forward, to embrace these values as well.
