Turn Family Ties into
Romantic Legacies
Help your single parent find "The One" and build your own financial future as an Apprentice Matchmaker.
You know your parents better than anyone—their quirks, their values, and exactly what they need in a partner. At Flagship Matchmaking, we believe the best matches often come from the people who care the most.
The Role: What You'll Do
As an Apprentice, your mission is to identify high-caliber singles who would be a perfect fit for your parent or our broader client base. If you want to keep earning commissions after your parent has joined Flagship Matchmaking as a client, our training program coaches you through the process to meet new singles and share the benefits of working with a professional VIP matchmaker.

The Apprentice Matchmaker Code of Ethics
To maintain the prestige of Flagship Matchmaking, all Apprentices must adhere to this code:
Absolute Discretion
I will protect the privacy of my parents and all potential candidates. What happens in the database stays in the database. Client information is sacred and confidential.
Radical Honesty
I will provide accurate, unembellished information regarding candidates' lifestyles and values. Exaggeration or omission undermines the matching process.
Prioritize Compatibility
I will focus on long-term alignment, not just surface-level traits. A flourishing marriage is built on shared values, not just initial attraction.
Professional Conduct
I represent an elite firm. I will conduct all outreach with the highest level of etiquette and respect. My actions reflect on the Flagship Matchmaking brand.
Consent First
No one enters the database without their explicit knowledge and consent. Background checks are mandatory. Respect for individual autonomy is non-negotiable.

Legal Age & Commission Escrow
Apprentice Matchmakers must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a sales commission contract. This is a firm requirement; applicants under 18 will not be accepted into the program. Date of birth verification is mandatory during registration.
For apprentices between 18 and 20, commissions are held in an interest-bearing escrow account until their 21st birthday, at which point the full balance (including accrued interest) is released. Interest rates are calculated annually based on current high-yield savings rates (approximately 4-5% APY).
