Our team handles the consultation, the pitch, and the contract. You do not need to sell anything. You just need to make the introduction and we take it from there.
3. You Get Paid
When the client signs and pays, you earn a flat 10% recruiting commission on the contract value. No tiers, no minimums, no games. One rate for every recruiter.
