The Big Five Personality Traits
Rate yourself from 1 (Low) to 5 (High) on each trait. There are no "right" answers. We're looking for compatibility, not perfection.
Openness to Experience
Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to try new things. High scorers love novelty; low scorers prefer routine and tradition.

Organization, dependability, and self-discipline. High scorers are methodical and reliable; low scorers are more spontaneous.
Extraversion

The "About Me" Section
This is your opportunity to describe yourself in the third person, as if a trusted friend were introducing you. This text may be shared with potential matches.
Example Format:
"Our client is 57, Jewish (not religious), witty, highly educated (PhD in Psychology), widower, with 4 grown children. He runs a family business full-time, but has enough flexibility in his schedule to have a significant relationship. He loves photography, drawing, scuba diving, and travel. He has homes in Costa Rica, Israel, and comes to Miami Beach often. He is looking for a worldly, dignified lady who is intelligent, good looking and self-assured. She must be Jewish and a Spanish speaker. He can travel anywhere in the world to meet his Mrs. Wonderful. 11. Photos
Presenting yourself visually
Photo Upload & Guidelines
In Phase 1 of your application, you will find a dedicated photo upload section. You can drag and drop files or click to browse. Accepted formats include JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC. Each file can be up to 10 MB.

Photo Privacy
Your photos are for matchmaker identity verification only. They are never displayed to other members, potential matches, or anyone outside your matchmaking team. Photos are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage and accessible only to authorized Flagship staff.

Auto-Save & Draft Protection
Your work is always protected
Your application form includes built-in draft protection. As you fill in fields, your answers are automatically saved to your browser's local storage every few seconds. This means:
- If your session expires or you accidentally close the tab, your unsaved work is preserved and will be restored when you return.
- When you click Save Progress, the draft is cleared and your data is saved permanently to the server.
- You can safely work on your application across multiple sessions. Simply log back in and your most recent draft will be loaded.
What Happens After Verification?
Once you verify your email and your application is confirmed, several tools activate automatically. A personalized YOU+ Growth Map is generated using your personality profile and relationship goals, providing a curated curriculum of books, exercises, and weekly development tasks. Your matchmaker may also generate a Mirror-Image Archetype Report and a Cosmic Compass analysis from your assessment data. These resources are designed to support your personal growth while your matchmaker conducts the active search.
12. Terms & Agreement

Type your full legal name to acknowledge that you've read and agree to our terms of service. This confirms:
